Razer Synapse 4 and Chroma Application not launching

Hello. I just bought Razer Deathadder Essentials and Ornata v3. I’m having trouble with launching Razer Synapse 4 and Chroma applications. Other applications are working clearly (axon etc.) but Synapse and Chroma are not working.

    Just in case you haven’t found a solution to this, I may have a possible solution for you.

     

    Reference this thread on Reddit, and follow the instructions.  It worked like a charm for me.  But be warned, you are editing the registry so do this at your own risk.

    Synapse 4 not launching

     

    I am hoping Razer see this and investigate, because the issue is terminal, I was going to throw out my Razer gear and buy something else since I could not get the software running.
