Posting this to help out those who have tried everything Razer Support have suggested and it still doesn’t work. And I am posting this in the hopes Razer will spot this and investigate. I was at the point throwing away my razer gear and going with the competition until I found this reddit post.
If you are having issues with Synapse 4 not launching, try this wonderful fix on reddit by vDoro (pay this man Razer). Please note you are editing the registry of windows with this so do it at your own risk. Now if Razer would fix this then maybe we wouldn’t have to seek 3rd party solutions.

This worked a treat for me, solving several issues I was having with Razer software.
