Razer Synapse 4 breaks Total Warhammer 3 keybindings.

I could not figure out why I could not select more than one unit in Warhammer. I thought it was my keyboard, so I had to borrow one from a friend and I found out it was indeed razer. The alt and ctrl key are not working specifically in Warhammer because of the 4th version of synapse. I found a post about this same issue 6 months ago and the devs have not fixed it as of now. This bug seems to be happening in other games according to other posts I found and it’s stupid that they removed the access to rollback to Synapse 3, the only plausible solution while still conserving the functionalities of having a Razer Keyboard. I wish I had never updated it because now a manual shut down of Synapse 4 is necessary for certain games to work, which is funny as these products are designed for gaming. This is a software issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. It is unbearable that this bug has been ignored for so long. What’s the point of the software if it is just going to hinder the functionality of the hardware at the expense of being able to switch the lighting.
