Hi all,
I tried to install Razer Synapse 4 many times and I cannot.
It comes up with a error file as shown below:
The error file says:
“Failed to write installer file (No such file or directory)”
I also filled a ticket and the log collector fails to collect the logs as well as show below:
Can anyone help me. I have spent about 8 hours today trying to get Razer Synapse 4 to download and nothing as worked.
Did you find a solution to this? Facing the same problem.
Some others saying use PowerShell to rectify, but 1. I’ve no idea how to use PowerShell, and 2. Surely this isn’t the solution. You’ve gotta be a power user of windows to install some third-party software?
does anyone have a solution to this. I am trying to install Razer Synapse 4 and the 7.1 surround sound and i get the same issue.
