I just bought the Razer Blackshark V3 x Hyperspeed. It’s my first razer product ever. I tried to install synapse 4 on my laptop. However, when I launched it, it kept freezing and crashing. I searched for guides on google but most of them are outdated and also uneffective. Now the app doesn’t even launch. Please help!

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the Synapse issue you're currently experiencing.
