I've been experiencing this for a while too, but with my Viper V2 Pro. I thought it's a device defect because the low battery notification would also get accompanied by the red blinking LED on the mouse - but this thread leads me to believe it might not exactly be the case.

Same issue on my brand new Naga V2 Pro. Getting low battery warnings even though it’s a nearly 100%

Have the exact same issue with my BlackShark V2 Pro. Talked with the Razer support a while ago but they was not able to fix the issue.

Same issue on my brand new Viper v3 Pro

Getting this as well, already logged a job for it a couple of months ago, they closed it recently with the usual “this will be addressed in a future patch, you can believe me” reply. Have reopened it again as I want a fix or my money back

Same issue on my new Cobra Pro wireless mouse.

Same issue on my basilisk v3 pro and blackshark v2 pro (2023), very annoying, crazy it’s not been fixed after all this time...

I just fixed this (I think) :

  1. Go into device manager and uninstall everything under Mice and other pointing devices, make sure you tick the box to delete drivers as well
  2. restart the PC for the hell of it (the mouse will still be working at this point)
  3. go into Synapse and marvel at the fact that Synapse has detected it but thinks it’s offline (the mouse will still be working)
  4. unplug your receiver/dongle and plug it back in
  5. rejoice in the lack of notifications about battery

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Razer support just got back to me after several months regarding my Blackshark V2 Pro audio and battery issues I reported. They suggested updating Razer Synapse 4 to the latest version as a potential fix.

I can’t confirm if it works since I’ve switched headsets and no longer have the issue, but figured I’d pass the info along in case it helps someone else.
