Razer Synapse 4 Google Login Does Not Work


I just installed Synapse 4. I am at the login page on the Synapse app window. The first time I logged in I am able to go through. However I uninstalled Synapse 4 because my Synapse 3 profiles were missing. When I reinstalled Synapse 4 I began to encounter login issues.

I click the Google icon to log in, it opens my browser and logs in to my account on my browser. But the browser does not feed back the login to the Synapse 4 app. So even when the browser login was successful, nothing happens on the Synapse 4 app. Then after a while I get a message on Synapse 4 saying “Request timed out. Please try again.” Tried changing the default browser, same thing happens

I have the same issue but with Facebook.  What I did when it logs me into the website verify your email and then change your password from there, then you can just click login and use email/password instead of clicking google or facebook login.

I met the same problem and solved it by setting a new password for the account on the browser (after logging in via Google account). Then back to the app, use the email and the new password to login (don’t click the login via Google).
