Razer Synapse 4 immed crushes when its opened, open with adminastrator will pop up this window

it crushes when i open it for one second then freeze for 2 secs, then whole process shut down, when i open it with admin, the window as above pop up every time, dk what go wrong

first, its called a “crash”, not a “crush”. second, have you tried reinstalling the razer synapse (or any other) software?
