When I try and start Razer Synapse I seem to recieve a message saying “Installation failed” but it was already installed and running previously. I click Retry and that doesn’t work. (Nothing happens).
Strangely I received this message 2 days ago, then it went away and was working yesterday and now it’s come back again today.
At the best of times, it’s very slow to start up and I can’t use my macros until it does, so that’s quite frustrating but now it won’t start at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t work. Also Razer Chroma has stopped working as well with a similar message “Failed to start” and again the “Retry” button brings up a “Downloading” screen which does nothing and then returns to the “Failed to start” message.I’ve posted some more information in the replies.
