I have deleted %localappdata% folder
I have tried a clean uninstall and reinstall using Revo
I dont use RGB software
I cant logout because it crashes on startup
I have tried running it using Properties > Compatibility> Windows 8 compatibility mode.
I have run chkdsk
still doesnt work
