Whenever I put my computer to sleep or shut it down, when I return, my mic is no longer working. I check in Razer Synapse, and see that the mic has been switched off. I switch it back on, do my thing, then shut down the pc, and when I return the next time, it’s once again switched off. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse, but it hasn’t worked.
Does anybody know the solution?

I understand that you are having issues where your microphone automatically switches itself off in Razer Synapse. Could you please confirm if the issue still occur without Razer Synapse running in the background? Also, when you mentioned re-installing your Razer Synapse, did you follow the steps on this link?

Have you tried performing a clean re-install on your Razer Synapse? Please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
