I’m experiencing an issue with Razer Synapse 4 and my Naga Left-Handed Edition mouse. When I attempt to access the “Macro” section within Synapse, the screen appears blank and I’m unable to create or edit any macros.
Steps Taken So Far:

Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse 4

Used the “Repair” option in the installer

Rebooted after each attempt

Verified the mouse is recognized and working in other sections of Synapse
Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue. Everything else appears to function correctly except the Macro screen.
Could you please advise on next steps or if there’s a known fix for this issue?
