Razer Synapse 4 - Not showing Razer BlackShark Pro V2 (xbox)

razer synapse cant seem to recognize my headset not sure if there is something im missing on my end.

any advice?

Xbox and PS versions are NOT compatible with Synapse.

Thanks for sharing your concern here! The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (Xbox Licensed) isn't supported by Synapse. For profile and EQ customization, please use the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox App on your PC and Xbox console.
