Just got a Tartarus V2, and it hasn't been working at all since I updated to Synapse 4. I've done some research, and it seems there isn't a solution. Apparently, the keybinds just won't work.
I was thinking about rolling back to Synapse 3, but I can't find the installer anymore. I think it may have been discontinued?
At this point, I don't know what to do. My Tartarus is basically useless.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your Tartarus V2 after updating to Razer Synapse 4. Please update your Razer Synapse 4 to the latest version released on 7 July by following the steps here. Once updated, restart your PC and check if the Tartarus V2 keybinds work as expected. Rolling back to Synapse 3 is no longer recommended, as effective February 3, 2026, Razer Synapse 3 will no longer receive updates or support cloud services.
