Hello, I am currently in an ongoing support ticket with WoW tech support troubleshooting this issue. I am hoping to get some insight from both ends. In World of Warcraft, many people are experiencing an issue in-game which the screen will freeze for about 2-5 seconds in the middle of playing (Whether under heavy action or not). After following Blizzard Technical Support's steps to narrow down the issue, I discovered that uninstalling all Razer software totally fixed the issue! Now the problem is I am left with a few options I am not particularly fond of. Either I can play a different game and stop playing WoW altogether, stop buying Razer products and return the ones I currently use, or I continue to bother both parties until a one of their techs provide a fix for this.
Update: A Tech from Blizzard suggested the cause may be a conflict between Razer Synapse and Logitech Gaming Software. These two programs serve a similar function and may be attempting control over an aspect of the game simultaneously causing lockups during the game. I do currently use a Logitech Headset which I use the software to run it's features. So I do need both of them installed.

So after some time testing the outcome, uninstalling LGS did nothing about the stuttering/5 second freeze issue. Confirmed Razer Synapse is the sole cause of this. Someone from Razer please respond.
Does Razer Development not see/respond on their forums?

Same issue here, I only run Razer products and software and still get the 2-5 second freeze.

I had success using the Feedback Option in the Snaypse 3 program. A Razer tech has been walking me through steps and running logs. Give that a shot.
