hiya, can anyone help me? I have a pair of naris, they work perfectly well and so did the lighting, but for the last few hours I have been unable to get into synapse there is just a loading screen. I can get into the pop-up and the login but not the part that allows me to change lighting etc. the lights on them are now just green like they've been disconnected but they work perfectly.

    Hi there! Can you share a screenshot of Synapse? Also, please try reinstalling Synapse. Let me know how it goes.
