can anyone help me?
I have a pair of naris, they work perfectly well and so did the lighting, but for the last few hours I have been unable to get into synapse there is just a loading screen.
I can get into the pop-up and the login but not the part that allows me to change lighting etc.
the lights on them are now just green like they've been disconnected but they work perfectly.
