hola buenas , hace poco compre un teclado razer hunstman elite y un raton razer basilik ultimate en pccomponentes...fui a la web d razer a registrar los productos y me fue imposible enviarles el ticket de compra pq el enlace para adjuntar archivos de la web no funciona y sin el cual no se me activa razer synapse pq me dice que es necesario el ticket de compra y no me deja asignar algunas funciones al raton..que hago ? gracias *Removed email address from public view.

As far as I know, there isn't a need to register the device first to use it with the app. Uploading proof of purchase is also optional. Do send me a screenshot of what you see when you launch the app. That way, I can get a better understanding of what's happening from your point of view. You can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link.
