I just bought Razer Orochi V2 just today it got delivered. Tried the dongle and it workes, no issues. But when I downloaded Razer Synapse, no matter how many times I try, my Razer Orochi V2 is not detected, same with bluetooth. Now I can’t update the firmware or customize my mice buttons, I tried every possible solutions but unfortunately it won’t work. What can you suggest to fix this please?
