Hi, I have been trying to use macro on my razer deathadder v3pro and I am getting the ( This mapping require razer synapse ) red icon. I mean…. I am obviously having it open to fiddle with the macros right? What am I missing here.
add info: I tried clean reinstalling, updating both mouse and software, trying synapse 1 2 3 4 5 beta version , restarting pc multiple time, tried wired and wireless.
