Razer synapse being blocked by enterprise security

Hi, I purchased a razer ornata chroma keyboard for use in my office. However, while trying to install Synapse and Chroma studio, the enterprise security team contacted and asked to remove RazerChromaStudioUninstall.exe. I would like to know why is Razer software being flagged as malicious and what can be done to whitelabel this.
