Hi,

I had a problem with the Razer app essential for my mouse (Razer Viper 8khz if that helps). The Ms support guy told me that driver associated with this app causes the sad face on a blue background

Any help will be appriceated.

EDIT: the version is 4.02 something

Same for me, I have a halo infinite black widow v3 and every time I have tried to run the app to change lighting effects, it makes my pc get a blue screen
