Razer Synapse blocks "FN key functionality" (razer blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed)

Writing to help anyone facing this issue I had issue where suddenly FN key stopped working and I wasn't able to use all FN functionalities on blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed. After checking BIOS, reinstalling device drivers or checking for any custom profiles/bindings on the keyboard, none of them worked. Found that FN key stops working when Razer Synapse starts. Anytime I kill the Razer Synapse app, the FN key starts working properly. Solution: Completely reinstalling Razer Synapse and other Razer software's fixed the issue for me
