Razer Synapse breaks Razer Kiyo

So I bought a Razer Kiyo a few years ago, and it has been working fine for the most part. Recently, I bought a new PC and updated the firmware for all of my devices, initially it worked fine, but then I opened razer synapse while calling my friend with my camera on and the camera’s ring light turned on and started flickering before shutting off entirely, then I got a notification saying windows doesn’t recognize the device.

Lastly, sometimes when I plug in my camera it says it is on as soon as I plug it in despite nothing being open to have the camera on, this only happens after the flickering issue and usually stops after I wait for a while then plug the camera back into the computer.
