Razer Synapse broke my mouse

I have a Razer Deathadder V2 Pro and I used it without razer synapse for a while because when I downloaded it, it would mess with my cpu and make my mouse skip a lot until I deleted it. It worked fine without it, but I downloaded Synapse again and when I did my PC blue screened immediately after downloading. When it restarted and I tried to log back in it would blue screen again. This happened a couple of times before it forced me to restore the PC from an earlier date so that it could start again. When I did this, it deleted Razer Synapse from my PC and made my mouse no longer work. Now, I connect my mouse and the PC recognizes it as “Razer Deathadder V2 Pro”, but my mouse doesn’t respond to 2.4. Couple of minutes after my PC removes it saying “Windows didn’t recognize the last USB device you plugged in”, then removes it. Bluetooth will not connect either, I’ve tried it in pairing mode and it doesn’t work. The mouse is clearly on and working, but won’t work with my PC or any other device. After trying it with my laptop, the laptop recognizes the USB as “unknown device” (the laptop is Windows 11, PC is Windows 10.)
