Razer Synapse broken - Video Media Player not working properly

Razerblade 15 Base Model 2020 RTX 2070 The Microsoft Media player or ANY video player started to glitch and break all of a sudden. Sometimes it says Video.Ui.exe was blocked from accessing graphics card. Other times says there is a problem with the Graphics card that unable the video to play. Edit #1: The Nvidia Drivers are up to date and no updates have been made. the ONLY update came from the Razer Synapse which started this whole thing. I deleted the entire laptop and did a factory reset. After the Razer synapse updates it starts doing it again without installing anything from Microsoft or Nvidia. Edit #2: When i enable BOOST MODE then it stops having issues playing Video on Media Player or Steam or Youtube. So its pretty solid evidence that the Razer Synapse software is what's causing this by disabling or limiting access to the Video card in order to play Videos properly. The games run fine so far, so there is no problem with the GPU
