Razer Synapse can´t update

I just bought the Razer BlackShark v2 Pro Wireless and connected it to my PC. Then i start razer synapse and razer central opens itself and wants me to update. After i press update and let it do its thing it just tells me after a few seconds it couldnt complete the update and i should contact the support? Can someone help me pls

Check if Antivirus or firewall software is not blocking it (you can disable it for moment of installing update).

i have no third party antivirus program and i disabled windows firewall for the update process and it doesnt work too :c i started task manager and recognized that micrsofot antivirus defender is active during the update process so i googled how to disable it. Then i tried to update with windows firewall disabled and the microsoft antivirus defender disabled and it still tells me the update is not completed and i should contact the technical support.........

One thing you could try is uninstalling Razer Synapse and reinstalling it from scratch. This may help to resolve any issues with the software.
