Razer Synapse causes tartarus pro to stop working

Hey Y'all, So my tartarus pro wouldn't send any keymapped signals out. The only thing that worked on it was the profile switch button and the mouse scroll wheel. I tried deleting every tartarus pro profile in synapse and starting over, that didn't fix it. So I deleted the keypad driver in windows and restarted my PC. After deleting the driver, the keypad works great! Then synapse detected it and it immediately stopped working again. Any ideas? I tried contacting razer live chat only to find out that it's just a bot. I tried filling out their webform, only to find out that it's broken (there's a required dropdown box with no options). I plan on calling them in 4 hours when they open but I thought I'd ask here.

Does this only happen on a specific key? Tell me more details about what you're trying to do. I'd also appreciate it if you could send me a short video clip of the issue. That would help me get a better picture. I also highly recommend performing a clean installation of Synapse by following the steps from this page. If the problem persists, send me a screenshot of how your keypad gets detected in the Device Manager and MSINFO32. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
