Razer Synapse causing audio lag and latency

Firstly Synapse version 1 caused many issues including mouse just freezing. I have 2.0 with a naga trinity and ever since I updated to Windows 10 version 2004 I have audio lag and stuttering, when I uninstall Synapse it solves this. Im not saying the problem is only Synapse but it is at least Synapse and latest Windows, I have read other forums and it is quite common with Razer and some other usb sound card headsets.

    Until then uninstall only workaround
