Razer Synapse causing mouse power bug

Every time Razer Synapse updates, my mouse will power off randomly. I have to uninstall the software update, as it causes my Razer Deathadder Chroma to lose connection/power from the USB port. The only fix is to unplug/plug-in the mouse again to power it up (RGB lights also turn off as a result of the bug). I always try new updates to see if this issues gets resolved. Alas after a few years still happening, and hence this post. This happened with my previous PC as well. Let me know if you need anything else.

This usually happens when a newer version of the app is available. But updating your app usually fixes this kind of issue. But if it's not the same in your case, you can try to perform a clean reinstallation of Synapse by following this guide. Should the issue persists, please gather your Synapse logs.
