I own a Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed.
Everytime I Alt tab from a game or any applications my volume suddenly changes and goes very very quiet and theres no fix. If I alt tab back it stays quiet and now I cant hear anything either game volume or music. I cannot find a solution, but I find others with a similar problem. Everything I have is updated and I tried finding other solutions yet nothing fixes this problem.
