Razer Synapse Chroma RGB: no light effects on supported Games

So my problem is, that when i for example playing Sims 4 there not the light effects (yes, i ticked in the settings the feature on), also like in Genshin Impact or when i try to play Rise of the Tomb Raider, the Game crashes. I have a Basilisk V3 mouse and its connected in Razor Synapse, in Profile are these Games connected and in Connect are also the Games enabled. So can someone help me, how to get the light effects on my mouse and maybe that the game is not crashing. Thank you :)

    Please try removing/adding the Chroma Connect module to the Razer Synapse 3.0. Should the issue persists, please uninstall the software, then try the Razer Driver Cleanup tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, restart your PC, and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3. Let's see how it goes.
