Razer Synapse Compatibility with Motherboards

Recently picked up some upgrades for the system, namely the MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk motherboard. After setting it all up, I found that it doesnt have compatibility with the Lian Li o11 - Razer Edition case. Because of that, it can't control the chroma; not just unable to sync with other devices, but unable to control it at all. Does Razer add newer motherboards for compatibility with the program, or... what could I do to work around this and still at least force some sort of pattern with the case? Thanks in advance for any ideas or info?

I want to build my own computer. I understand that it will cost a lot of money. I want to start with the motherboard.
