Razer Synapse Crashing constantly

Hello, To put it simply, It's crashing constantly. All of the RGB affects will turn on and off constantly, and during that period of time I will be unable to move my mouse. As you can imagine, this makes it impossible to do anything, let alone game. As soon as I exit Synapse I have no issues again. I have never had this issue before. Sure, my mouse will occasionally stop working for perhaps.. a second, but very rarely. This however is on a whole different level. I have tried uninstalling, then reinstalling which has worked to no avail, my drivers are fully updated, and synapse is fully updated. It's like.. Playing a high spec game, on a shitty computer with oof level amount of lag.. But only the mouse is affected. Stuttery as heck, and flashing RGB At this point my conclusion is that it's an issue with the synapse, due to me being able to use everything perfectly fine without it running. Only obviously I cant have my custom settings, or RGB affects in use. So, anyone else having this issue? Anyone have any advice, or know how to fix this. Thanks
