Dear Razer Support Team,
I am writing to report a reproducible software bug in Razer Synapse that has significantly impacted my daily workflow. I use Razer Synapse to manage the DPI and polling rate settings on my Razer DeathAdder V3, and I am currently running the latest version of the software.
Issue Summary:
Whenever Razer Synapse is running, the lowercase 'c' key on my keyboard stops functioning entirely — pressing it produces no output. However, pressing Shift + C correctly outputs an uppercase 'C'. The moment I terminate the Synapse process, the 'c' key immediately resumes normal operation.
Key Findings:
• The issue is 100% reproducible and directly tied to Razer Synapse being active.
• It took me approximately six months of troubleshooting to isolate Synapse as the root cause.
• No other application or background process triggers this behavior.
• The problem persists across reboots as long as Synapse is running.
I understand this may seem like an unusual bug, but I am completely confident in my findings after extensive testing. I am happy to provide a screen-recorded video demonstration to assist your engineering team in reproducing and diagnosing the issue.
Request:
I kindly ask that this matter be escalated to your technical or development team for a thorough investigation. I would appreciate any available troubleshooting steps, a targeted patch, or a timeline for a fix in an upcoming Synapse update.
Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to a prompt and substantive response.
Best regards,
Darshan Chauhan
