The drivers were removed using Windows, synapse was also removed, the keyboard was disconnected, after connecting I downloaded synapse again but nothing was detected except the mouse, keyboard worked on a different computer configuration, after I installed another motherboard and processor I reinstalled the Windows and keyboard were no longer detected, motherboard Gigabyte A320 M H
