Razer Synapse doesn't start - RSy3_AudioAppStreamsWrapper.dll not able to load the file

Hello everyone, Since few weeks (since a new version of razer Synapse), my laptop is not able to launch the Razer Synapse software. I got the message which is in attachment... I have tried to uninstall / install / repair the soft. I have added the dll to the system32 folder and after uninstall / install / repair the soft but there is no change. Do you have an idea? I'm on Windows 10 Professionnal.
