Razer synapse dont find Razer huntsman mini

so when i first got my razer huntsman mini black i downloaded Razer synapse and all worked it was connected to my keyboard i could use studio and macro and i made a macro for a game i play so if i hold in  Q it goes ioioioioioioio, i just had to go and  copy  Q bc when i press it now it goes   ioioioioio   and i factory reseted my pc downloaded razer synapse again but now it dont find the keyboard so i cant use  Q or take of the macro and use studio i did all youtbe tutorials i could find but dont work and on device manager it says HID Keyboard Device and not razer it only says HID Keyboard Device on 6 pls help bc i casnt use the letter  Q or take of macro or change collor i got a Razer huntsman mini black
