Razer synapse download Server access unavailable

Every time i try and download Razer Synapse i get this this is the only screen i get if anyone has the fix please let me know

Ensure you are logged in as admin or using your main Windows user account and check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried updating your "Windows .Net framework"? If you haven't, please click this link and see if it helps. Send me your Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I'll pick it up from there.
