Hello there! Thanks for starting this thread. Are you connected to your home network and using a personal computer? Ensure you are logged in as admin or using your main Windows user account and check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. Also, please try performing the steps from this link and see if it helps.

Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried updating your "Windows .Net framework"? If you haven't, please click this link and see if it helps. Send me your Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I'll pick it up from there.
