Razer Synapse Failed to Start

I was just exploring in the software and looking at the calibration tab and when I clicked to add a new mousepad because I wanted to try it out and see what it did my mouse cursor froze and I couldn't do anything. I restarted my computer but having Razer Synapse on startup the same result happened again. I then disable the auto startup and did some research on the forms. I then reinstalled to see if that would fix my problems and it just created another one. I started getting the error message saying "Razer Synapse Failed to Start". I tried everything that I could find from Reddit to the forms on the razer website. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times. I have checked that I have the latest version of .Net Framework, the whole thing. And nothing is seeming to work.
