I've done everything. I've uninstalled, ran it as an administrator, only installed Synapse, EVERYTHING. It's been like this for 3 months and I finally wanted to ask for help. How do I fix this?

This may have something to do with an OS update. Please use this to collect Synapse 3 logs, then upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. For now, try updating your .Net Framework to version 4.8 and reinstall the app by following this guide.
