¿Razer Synapse for MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1? S.O.S.

Hello, I'd like to know how can I make Razer Synapse 2 work on macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 ....as I'm afraid it could take some time to get an official update supporting this new OS. I recently update from Catalina 10.4 to Big Sur 11.0.1 and software opens but my device is not recognized. it says: "Please connect a Razer Synapse Enabled device" And of course, at this moment my sensibility and DPI has been changed and can't control it anymore.

Hallo, please I have the same question? I use the Orbweaver Chroma, Basilisk and Blackwiddow. All 3 devices I cannot configure any more. All 3 devices have different lightning, most of keys are not running and so on... Regards

Hello again guys, I did some research and got a fix at the beginning from user avaddon : https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/649829?page=3
After 4 hrs I've got it working. After update to Big Sur Synapse was loading for me but was not detecting devices. manually running Code Block language sudo kextload /Library/Extensions/RazerHid.kext will error suggesting to Approve extension via System Preferences. 3rd Party extension popup and Allow never showed up in a pane. After digging around and looking up Razer TEAMID R2H967U7J8 I was able to manually adjust security settings:
  • Boot into Recovery Mode
  • Click the Utilities menu and select Terminal.
  • Execute the following command:
Code Block language /usr/sbin/spctl kext-consent add R2H967U7J8
  • Verify that team got added
Code Block language /usr/sbin/spctl kext-consent list Should output something like: Allowed Team Identifiers: R2H967U7J8
  • Close the Terminal app and restart
After this I was able to execute Code Block language sudo kextload /Library/Extensions/RazerHid.kext Got popup and Allow button in System Preferences. Allowed extension and restarted. Got my Naga Epic Chroma back in Synapse after reconnecting it.
Sadly, this fix suddenly stop working on my Mac and also for other users from what I can see. ---- The best solution I have at the moment is installing KARABINER - ELEMENTS , an app that allows you to change your keybinds...yeah, including the one you have on your mouse.

Hello again guys, So I managed to contact support and they told me Synapse is available only for macOS up to 10.6/10.7 and.. “We do not have any update of when Synapse 2 will be compatible with another SO. We have already included your enquiry in our survey and sent it to our supervisor team and we expect to be available with another Mac So soon” By the meantime Karabiner Elements is doing the Synapse work just fine for me. Only thing is I lost the control to lightning colors which I can bear
