Razer Synapse installation failed.

Any luck solving this? I’m still stuck after a month.

Sorry to hear you are still stuck with this. A clean reinstall often helps: uninstall Synapse completely, restart the computer, and then install the latest version again with administrator rights. If the same error appears, note the exact message shown and share which Windows version you are using, so others here can narrow down the cause.

The prints shared above by OP, which are the exact ones I’m getting, are precisely from a clean reinstall. Did everything on the book: uninstall, remove every leftover with Driver Cleanup Tool, restart PC, install again. Seems it’s some issue with DNS not being able to reach Razer servers or something of the sort. Just want to know if they are fixing this anytime soon.
