Razer synapse installation failed

I tried opening the Razer Synapse and it stays still at 0/235 KB, after that it says: “Failed Instalation”.

I already tried reinstalling the razer synapse completely, and nothing happens. I hope you can help me.

I understand that when you try to install or launch Razer Synapse, the installer gets stuck at 0/235 KB and eventually displays a "Failed Installation" error, even after performing a complete reinstallation.
 

Could you please confirm whether you have already tried downloading and installing Synapse 4 using a different web browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox) and a different internet connection or network source? This can help rule out issues with the installer package being corrupted during download or network-related restrictions interfering with the installation process.
