Razer synapse is BROKEN *solved

My razer synapse 3 is not working properly since yesterday. I got a razer blade 15 2019 with 2080 Max-Q model. I use synapse to switch the performances mode and change fan speeds. Since yesterday (actually 2 days before), I cannot see Synapse have the performance modes showing. The creator, gaming, and balance mode are all gone, and the fan speed adjustor don't work either. I can still game with fan automatically turn on as tempeture goes up in cpu/gpu. I reinstalled the program 5 times, rebooted my pc, tried restart everything several times but it does not fix the issue.

    I resolved the issue by creating a new profile for my laptop and all the performance tabs along with fan controls are back.
