Razer synapse is causing USB failures on the ASUS G835LW laptop.

Good afternoon. Razer synapse is causing USB failures on the ASUS G835LW laptop. I tried the 3rd and 4th versions of the application, the result is the same. My Razer devices are Naga v2 pro, Black widow v3, Kraken v3 pro. Is there a solution to the problem?

Removed Synapse and launched the headset through Razer Headset Pairing Utility. Everything works great. Update Synapse, it looks like the problems are really in your application.
