Hi everyone! I recently bought my BlackShark v2 Pro headset, which arrived today. I had some minor issues getting the microphone to work, but eventually made it happen. The issue I'm having is that on Synapse, when I click on the headset thumbnail, it shows the headset as out of battery, despite the fact that I'm able to use audio and microphone through the headset. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I get the same issue. Does someone know a fix to this? I'm running Windows 10.
It could be that the software isn't communicating properly with the device driver. Performing a clean reinstallation of Synapse should be able to fix this. You can follow the steps on this page to do that. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with your Synapse logs. I can use those to take a closer look at your Synapse and find other possible ways to sort this.
