Is there a way to make it so that Razer Synapse stops disconnecting my Razer devices every 30 seconds?

The whole purpose of purchasing the Kraken Kitty was because of the LEDs and the customization, but for over a year now, I have had to do everything with the LEDs off because Synapse will disconnect and reconnect the headphones which make a REALLY loud short ear-piercing noise when doing so, which has caused hearing issues for me (and yes, the lights are unironically the issue with the headset). My mouse also gets disconnected actively when playing a game; I can’t keep the mouse still for longer than 3 seconds that it gets disconnected all the time for a solid 60 seconds. Is there a way to please fix this? It’s really annoying and I don’t want to give up on the products over something as ridiculous as the software causing issues.
