I’ve had Razer Synapse 3 downloaded for a few years for my Razer Naga X and have mainly used it without much issue. I regularly swap back and forth the profiles to change my side buttons depending on what I’m doing at the time.
Since earlier this week when I went to open Razer Synapse 3 it was extremely slow and whenever I clicked on my Razer Naga profiles, I got a blank screen that never loaded in. Since support for Razer Synapse 3 ended, I figured this would be a good time to switch to 4, except once I hit continue on the first screen of the installer for Razer Synapse 4, I get a similar blank black screen.
I tried uninstalling Razer Synapse 3, but that didn’t help and now I have no Razer product installed.
Looking for some support on ideas on how I can get Razer Synapse 4 installed so I can go back to using my Naga without issues. I’ve tried a variety of fixes from Youtube and Reddit with no luck so far. Thanks for any help or ideas.
What I’ve already tried:
- Uninstalling Razer Synapse 3
- Closing all ‘Razer’ processes in task manager
- Restarting my computer
- Deleting localapp data for Razer
- Deleting the “C:\Windows\Installer\Razer” folder
